Atlanta, GA, USA (November 17, 2014) — Mysterious ENT will release the “A1 EP” from rap artist A. Teezy (by way of Atlanta, GA), December 9th 2014. “Work” will be the first single from this Mysterious ENT/IMF/INgrooves freshman project featuring newly signed female rap artist Kaysha.
“The significance of the title of the EP is that it means superior, top notch, crème-de-la-crème. If I’m not mistaken, it is a slang term used in some parts of Georgia” said Mysterious Ent CEO Dino.

Why was this the song you chose as the single to represent the album?
During the selection process of the single at the A1 EP listening party, the feedback from all individuals present (to include DJ Big Redd of Swisha House) was unanimous. As soon as the song came on, everyone was up dancing. That was a pretty good indication to me that “Work” would be the first single for this project.
What in the song is typical of your music?
Production quality: Mysterious Entertainment is known for generating some of the best music in the independent arena; our instrumentals are unique, modern, catchy and clear with vocals that are crisp and edgy. We take tremendous pride in the quality of our work and will not endorse anything without it meeting our standards.
What is unique?
What makes us unique is that we don’t completely focus on the skill set of the artist. We focus on production and engineering quality. Obviously the artist must have a good skill set but to this label, that is secondary. The artist’s work ethic and commitment to the label is always evaluated first.
Digital or physical release
Currently we are looking at a digital release only, however we have had talks regarding a physical release as well.
What albums before?
In September of this year we released a new single called “She Looking” by the label’s R&B artist Marquee. Before that project, we released the second volume of our mixtape “Southern Riot Vol 2″ hosted by DJ Big Redd of Swisha House that generated over 385,000 downloads. ‘Southern Riot Vol 1″ was released in 2012 and generated 185,000 downloads.
How has this evolved your sound?
Each release has played a major role in our sound development as after each release we critique ourselves to see what we could have done better. Whether it be lyrical content, a better mix, a better master or a better selection of song topics, we are constantly looking to improve our sound and take it to the next level.
Awards or Acclaims so far… (i.e. Big gigs,licenses, opened for such and such etc)?
The label has opened for Lil Scrappy, Charlie Boy, KeKe Wyatt, The Alumni Legends of Hip Hop, Lil Young of Swisha House and Rich Homie Quan. These performances ultimately secured our official affiliation with the powerful Texas based independent label Swisha House.
Upcoming gig plans… Touring?
We have a possible upcoming tour, but I’d prefer not to speak on it just yet as we are still in negotiations. But we do have several projects scheduled for back-to-back release; The Infamous EP by Minus, PURE EP by Dino, Southern Riot Vol 3 Mixtape and an EP by the other label’s female rap artist Rah Talynt.

My personal bio is actually irrelevant as everything we do is for the brand of the label. We have no egos and do not measure our success off of individual accomplishments. My theory is: “If the label is successful, we will all be successful.”
