Window Cleaning Robots Are Now Science-Fact

New technology releases a robot onto the market that is capable of cleaning windows remotely.

Las Vegas, NV - November 19, 2014 - (iNewswire)

It’s no secret that cleaning windows is a chore than not many people enjoy.

Well, it seems that the universe has heard the cry of the world. Recently, new technology has been released. This technology, called Winbot, cleans windows with almost zero energy required from a homeowner.

This technology was developed to serve people who are unable or unwilling to wash their own windows. It is now possible for consumers to purchase a square shaped droid that attaches itself via suction to any glass or mirror surface. It’s programmed so that it cleans just about every nook and cranny of the surface it’s applied to.

Unfortunately, the technology is not perfect. The first catch is that the Winbot leaves streaks. However, that is why the manufacturers include a soft cleaning cloth with the purchase of the machine. The declaration is made that consumers will likely need to give the surface a polish to finish the job.

Another catch to consider is that the bumper surrounding the device make it impossible for the Winbot to clean flush to the edge of a surface. No matter what, there will be a border of roughly one quarter of an inch that just cannot be cleaned. Again, this is where the polishing cloth comes in.

Of course, since the release, engineers have been hard at work developing a more advanced version of the window cleaning robot. The intention is to release a new-and-improved version of the Winbot with more accurate and complete cleaning capabilities.
