OPEC's Prisoner's Dilemma

OPEC countries tend to fall into one of two groups. The first has greater oil reserves lower relative to population, for example Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait. The second has relatively less oil and more people for example Iran and Iraq. This has often created conflicting strategies.
