Strategic Compliance Partners Announces Executive Ginger Bell to take Lead Role in Training Platform Enhancement

Ginger Bell, Strategic Compliance Partners Director of Training, was recently appointed to Morf Media’s Executive Team as SVP of e-Learning. Bell’s dual role will allow Morf Media and SCP to collaborate in developing gamification in order to enhance training platforms for the financial services market.

“Millennials are using gaming more than other generation,” says Bell. “As they enter the workforce we need to use gamification as a platform to keep them engaged while we train them in all of the critical industry rules and regulations.”

Ari Karen, CEO of Strategic Compliance Partners, believes that Bell’s work with Morf Media’s Gamified Intelligent e-Learning Systems (GILS ®) will allow SCP to bring more engaging and interactive training to their clients.

Bell is the author of the best-seller “Cracking the Success Code,” and has designed and developed several national training programs for companies in the mortgage industry. Bell was responsible for developing the SCP Real Time Policies and Training program which provides mortgage brokers, mini-correspondents and lenders with compliance policies and training to help them meet their Compliance Management System requirements. Bell is a trainer for the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) and California Bureau of Real Estate (CalBRE), and spent time as a Dale Carnegie training consultant.
