Tuesday's ETF with Unusual Volume: QUAL

The iShares MSCI USA Quality Factor ETF (QUAL) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Tuesday, with over 1.5 million shares traded versus three month average volume of about 81,000. Shares of QUAL were down about 1.9% on the day.
