MasterCard Announces Date of Annual Meeting of Stockholders

MasterCard Incorporated (NYSE:MA) today announced that its annual meeting of stockholders will take place at its corporate headquarters on June 9, 2015 at 8:30 a.m. Stockholders as of the record date, close of business on April 15, 2015, will be entitled to vote at the meeting.
