American Realty Capital says to file delayed results on Monday

NEW YORK, Feb 27 (Reuters) - American Realty Capital Properties, the real estate investment trust, said on Friday that it would post results for the first three quarters of 2014 on Monday, March 2, meeting the timeline it set when it announced in October that it had found accounting errors.
