On October 13, 2014 the Company issued guidance for the third quarter of 2014. The Company announced that it was expecting a loss for the quarter in a range of $.16 to $.18 per share, an increase from the previous guidance of $.14 to $.16 per share loss. Revenue guidance was lowered to a range of $34.5 million to $35.5 million, down from $38 million to $40 million. On this news, the shares of Aerohive dropped more than 32%.
