Mr. Sacka discussed as every seven year cycle culminates in a "Sabbatical" year or Shemitah and how historically market crashes have aligned with the Sabbatical year.
As Dr. Charles Vance pointed out how we are living in a debt-based society and living high due to the fiat money (paper money) in circulation through the Federal Reserve system (which is not a bank nor is it the government), which prints so much of the money because the government needs to borrow it, Mr. Sacka explained "and that goes into that cycle of the seven stages of empire where all throughout history, the great empires went through certain stages where they needed money for wars and infrastructure and therefore needed to print more."
