When Credentials Matter: MC Companies

By: PRLog
PRLog - April 13, 2015 - SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -- When you’re looking for an apartment or investing in real estate, you don’t just trust the first guy who says that he knows about real estate. You trust professionals with experience in the field. You trust people who are qualified and know what they’re doing. That’s why more people trust MC Companies over the other guys. Not only do we have a knowledgeable staff with years of experience, but we also have a passionate staff that always strives to be better.

MC Companies is remaining at the top of the real estate industry by providing staff with the tools they need to succeed and thrive in their professional roles. Our property managers and leasing staff are taking control of their career paths by taking the steps to gain their CAM credentials.

One of our own, Amanda Maestas, the property manager at The Place at Forest Ridge in Flagstaff recently became a Certified Apartment Manager after taking the required classes and exams. Amanda recently spoke about the process and her own success story. She believes that her time with MC Companies has given her an edge above the competition.

“One good thing about MC Companies is that they give you different hands on tools… when I went to my CAM classes I already had background knowledge and I was more comfortable taking the course. People who weren’t from MC seemed to struggle. MC had me feeling prepared,” Amanda explained. “I wouldn’t have gotten as much out of it or have been as prepared if I hadn’t had the hands on experience with MC Companies that other managers in the class didn’t have - I came in with advantages.”

MC Companies provided her with the experience she needed to comprehend class concepts and be a step ahead of the other students. Other property managers that are Certified Apartment Managers are Scott Pullen, property manager at The Place at Castle Hills in San Antonio and Rachel Sypho, property manager at The Place at Terracina in Austin. We also have four other property managers that are currently taking the CAM and CAPS courses or are registered to take them in May.

“We want to build the best team that we possibly can and part of that means giving our employees the tools they need to succeed,” says President of MC Companies Lesley Brice. “We encourage all of our employees to take certification courses and further their education. Our company only gets better as our employees grow and develop.”

MC Companies believes in empowering their employees to take the proper steps to find further success on their career path. We know that in order to provide our residents and investors with quality and reliable service, we need an experienced and educated team. That is why we are building a stronger team that can help you meet your needs. MC Companies is committed to excellence in the real estate and investment industry.
