Free Version of MapItOut with In App Purchases for Additional Features has been released. This version allows users to customize which features the user wants to use and still offers the basic set of MapItOut Features. This universal version will work on all iOS devices and each feature purchased is a One- time purchase across all iOS devices. The app was created by an independent developer.

Find Car Feature

With this feature, the user gets to the location of their parked car through assistance by the app. The parking spot location is saved under the Auto Parking Save in the Saved Map Tab.  

Today Widget

MapItOut offers the MapItOut Widget that will allow users to save their parking location once they park their car.  With that Users will also be able to quickly search for certain Points of Interest around their current location.  

MapItOut Route and Travel Planner App

This additional feature allows users to:

• Set Points of Interest on the map
   
• Search for specific places and venues
   
• Save routes and itineraries
   
• Share locations on the map with friends and family
   
• Generate walking directions, travel directions, route directions or driving directions

MapItOut Run Map

Crate maps of exercise routes, whether a running, walking, biking or hiking. This app will allow users to create and save maps of their runs with mile marker and color code the route based off their speed.  All this is done through the user's phone so no need to worry about the user's data being stored on a server.  With this, users can chart out the runs with charts of Distance vs. Time, Distance vs. Elevation and Elevation vs. Time.  Users can create customized playlist to play while they exercise or load one that they already created.

Mark the spots in the city/location users wish to visit all spots (use the push button searches to locate restaurants, bars, Hotels, Casinos, Museums Theaters, Coffee spots (like Starbucks) or other POIs).  

Research each location, save the search results to the map for that trip or day right from the details options of the search results.  

MapChat browse for people over wifi or Bluetooth if users want to share their locations instantly on their map.

Use the Points of interest’s searches and find different restaurants, bars etc… and the user can save each individual spot to a saved map right from the details portion of the map pin. 

Once the map is saved MapItOut generates directions from the user’s current location to the destination saved will generate directions to each of the saved locations.  Directions when they need them. Each set of directions in the saved map will automatically open the route in Apple Maps on their iPhone or iPad.  Users can generate walking directions, travel directions, route directions or driving directions with a simple switch option.

It will also summarize the total travel time along with providing a screen shot of the map (as it appears before the user selected the email option) in the email.
