Pursuant to an earlier news release, OBN, Inc. stated, “OBN, Inc. expects to reach an international deal with Pure Mobility International Corporation, a Broadband Wireless Network owner and system integrator providing multiple services capability to ISPs and Municipalities such as Wireless broadband data, Multimedia contents and Apps, IoT, 3G/LTE(4G) mobile data-offloading including smart-grids  to Sintel's 2 Billion customers worldwide. Working in partnership with SINTEL Satellite Services Inc., OBN, Inc. will allow content providers to take advantage of new technologies to break through new markets while monetizing advertising for the broadcast industry as a whole and further provide new opportunities to dominate the market in 138 countries worldwide reaching 5 billion end users.”

Consequently, Pure Mobility International extends SINTEL’s Broadband delivery to consumers and businesses via its Wireless Broadband network. G2iTV subscribers will enjoy an enhanced user experience on their smartphones, tablets and PCs, without interruption or delays. Subscribers will be able to enjoy single or multiple experiences, such as:

• Watch live stream broadcasts anywhere in the world on any device or devices
   
• Listen to the radio while watching programs on the radio station’s G2iTV channel
   
• Buy products on demand from local, national and international merchants
   
• Share with friends and family on Facebook and Twitter connected to G2iTV
   
• Utilize Video on Demand cloud-based DVR
   
• Upload songs for over the air radio play and download songs while watching live concerts

The OBN/SINTEL/Pure Mobility International agreement will, in the first phase, engage Pure Mobility International to deploy its networks in 25 locations per year and to reach 0.1% of SINTEL’S 2 billion customers (20MM).
