Chatham Lodging Amends Bylaws

Chatham Lodging Trust (NYSE: CLDT), a hotel real estate investment trust (REIT) focused on investing in upscale extended-stay hotels and premium-branded select-service hotels, today announced that its Board of Trustees has amended and restated its bylaws. Specifically, the board yesterday approved the amended and restated bylaws that no longer disqualify a person from being nominated for election, or serving, as a trustee of the company if that person has any third-party compensatory, payment or other financial arrangement related to that person’s service as a trustee of the company. The company will file a Form 8-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission detailing the bylaw amendments implementing the foregoing.
