Collier has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Senior Vice President (SVP) of Operations. David brings with him over 25 years of technology leadership experience and will be managing operations, finance, and human resources. Having served as a SynapticAP board member, David is the ideal candidate to fill this important role.

Mr. Collier joined SynapticAP from PROTEUS Technologies, a software development firm serving the Intel market. There, he supported substantial company growth as CFO overseeing all corporate financial operations. Previously, he served as CFO for Mobile Posse—an emerging player in the mobile advertising industry. Prior to joining Mobile Posse, David served as the head of finance at Kajeet, a mobile services provider.
