Superior Notary Services Boosts Customer Service Staff

Superior Notary Services, pioneers of mobile notary and traveling signing services, announces the addition of a new customer service representative to their staff.

Superior Notary Services, one of the largest mobile notary and traveling signing services company in the industry, announced today that the firm has hired a new customer services representative to their staff – Julia Joyner. Ms. Joyner joined Superior Notary Services in early April and has been in training since becoming part of the Superior team. When her training concludes, Joyner will be part of the company’s scheduling team.

Superior Notary Services was one of the first notary firms to offer “Mobile Notary Services” back in 2000. In doing so, they revolutionized the notary industry by having their traveling notary signing agents go to the customer’s location at a time designated by the customer.  Their mobile signing services were the perfect answer to a pressing need of many clients – notary services you want, where you want them, and when you want them.

Ms. Joyner will also assist in providing timely follow-up calls and assessments on completed assignments. According to Mason, there was a growing need for another customer service representative to handle the increased demand for Superior’s notary services. “This additional staff was necessary to accommodate the growth in the number of orders we have been experiencing since the beginning of this year,” said Mason.
