H-P set to sell Chinese unit to Tsinghua Unigroup: sources

China’s Tsinghua Unigroup plans to announce Thursday it will buy a 51% stake of Hewlett-Packard’s China networking-gear subsidiary H3C, people familiar with the Chinese company’s plans have said.
