Bayer CEO says cannot comment on Monsanto-Syngenta

COLOGNE, Germany, May 27 (Reuters) - The chief executive of German drugs and chemicals group Bayer, Marijn Dekkers, said on Wednesday he could not comment on the possible takeover of Syngenta by Monsanto.
