PRLog - June 14, 2015 - AUSTIN, Texas -- The End of Life Practitioners Collective (ELPC), an initiative of Quality of Life Care, is hosting our first unConference in beautiful Estes Park, CO September 18 - 20, 2015 at the YMCA of the Rockies.
ELPC is made up of individuals from around the world who have an independent practice serving others at the end of life in a variety of ways.
We are an eclectic gathering of individuals. We are practitioners from a variety of disciplines. Some of us have highly skilled, specialized services and some of us blend a few areas together. Some of us are in new arenas within end of life care. We may participate in a group practice as well, but we are people who are available to assist others as an independent provider of service. We do not take the place of hospice care service; we are complementary to it.
