Monitronics was honored in the Dealer Program category, as SS&I acknowledged the success of the company’s robust dealer network, which has more than 600 companies in the U.S. and Canada.
Monitronics was also ranked at No. 5 on the 2015 SDM 100, the publication’s annual list of the nation’s top security companies. The rankings are based on a number of criteria, including number of customers, gross revenue and recurring monthly revenue (RMR) from 2014. While SDM bases its list on data, SS&I uses a personal touch for its awards, which were announced on June 25 at the Electronic Security Expo (ESX) in Baltimore. SS&I Editor-in-Chief Scott Goldfine said the results are an accurate reflection of Monitronics Dealer Program’s standing in the industry, since companies are nominated solely by SS&I subscribers through an open-ended questionnaire.
