Miami-based entrepreneur Rey Perez, will be hosting a FREE workshop "Helping The Homeless Become Hopeful" to assist the Miami-Dade county homeless population become self sufficient. Mr. Perez has partnered with two homeless shelters in Miami to allow those adult residents who have business ideas and would like to learn how to start a business and market it correctly to attend. The individuals who are currently at the homeless shelters will not be charged for training material or books and will have the opportunity for some coveted one on one time with Mr. Perez. Two of these individuals will be chosen as the recipients of a $5,000 package that will assist them in taking their business ideas to the next level and branding them as an expert in his/her specific niche.
The workshop is a new way created by Perez to empower the homeless population to become self sufficient. Attendees will learn how to get started on their own video marketing program without the expense and hassle of hiring specialists, staff or a high-end agency.
Mr. Perez will be hosting this workshop and partnering with International Author Daniel Isaiah Shalach from Social Biz Flow. It will be held at Zoe Hope Training Center in Homestead 10/20/2015 From 10 AM to 5 PM.
In explaining his motivation behind these events Mr. Perez states. “My debut as a marketer almost a decade and a half ago, my aim was to be personally successful. Now that I have been labeled as Video Marketing expert by my peers, my priorities have shifted. My daily desire is to give back to my community. Not by accident but on purpose. They may be homeless but after meeting with me I would hope they are touched by my intent, moved out and away from fear, and inspired to step out and commit to an end result that will be a 180 degree change in their lives."
