The Official music video of Holding onto Heaven by up and coming singer Foxes was released in April 2014 from her debut Album Glorius and has now gone viral with over 4.4 million views on YouTube.
The video in itself is loaded with technology and class acts. Filmed by director Henry Schofield and produced by Caviar Content the set involved a heavy green screen component and a lot of mathematical calculations to literally turn the video upside down several times through the song. Using a Milo Motion control rig and lots of post video editing the video seamlessly flips upside down with some clever timing with, dance choreography and camera work.
Sexy Fitness Model Theo Handen, managed by top boutique agency International Artists in London UK, better known for his perfect carved torso and 6 pack features as a cameo in the impressive video as a barman.
Part of the viral nature of the video is down to the popularity of the singer Foxes, but also the video is one of a kind in the way it was produced. Visual effects supervisor Supervisor: Leo Weston was in charge of producing the magic revealed some of the technical aspects of the shoot by saying the following "The same scene was shot twice on set with green screen from head height upwards. The moves were then flipped on the moco rig and shot again on the same floor. We flipped one of them upside-down again in Flame and joined the 2 plates together."
