StereoVision Gives Shareholder's Management and Acquisitions Update

StereoVision Entertainment Inc., a publicly traded Nevada corporation. (OTC: SVSN) updates shareholders on management and acquisitions. Mr. Everett Jolly has resigned as StereoVision’s CEO, President, and StereoVision founder and former CEO and Chairman, Jack Honour has been named CEO, President, and Director with immediate effect. StereoVision and UPTICK have agreed to unwind StereoVision’s acquisition of 49% of UPTICK Newswire.

The fifteen million shares paid for 49% of UPTICK are being returned to the treasury and we’re square. StereoVision has made arrangements to outsource the marketing for the financing of our film projects and will continue to work with Everett and UPTICK whenever possible.”
