Tuesday's ETF with Unusual Volume: PSI

The PowerShares Dynamic Semiconductors Portfolio ETF (PSI) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Tuesday, with over 216,000 shares traded versus three month average volume of about 33,000. Shares of PSI were up about 2% on the day.
