The owner of Sit n Get Shopping served his country in the United States Army for 6 years, from 1978 to 1984. After his honorable discharge from the military, he began a long career in banking with what was then “Boatman’s Bank.” Boatman’s Bank is now called Bank of America, one of the top financial institutions in the country. Throughout his career with the bank, he assisted clients with all aspects of their finances while keeping in mind that the customers should always come first. Then, in 1996, his life changed forever. Like many people he was diagnosed with MS (Multiple Sclerosis.) This is a debilitating disease but he has persevered throughout the prognosis and treatments and remained with the bank. He will officially retire in April so he can relax at home and focus on his new online marketplace where he offers high quality merchandise at low costs to consumers around the world.
