Dr. Katsiaryna (Huseva) Bailor, MD has now joined the practice founded by Dr. William Frazier in Vero Beach Florida. Her specialties include the areas of facial plastic surgery such as eyelid surgery, bags under the eyes, forehead lift, the Facetime Lift, Rhinoplasty (nose job) and non-invasive dermal fillers such as Botox.
Dr. Bailor completed her Fellowship at the University of Missouri, Columbia, MO. Her Board Certification at Board Certification, American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
