For summer, it was peas and broad beans, for which they teamed up with Gwen to supplement their menu with unique and flavourful dishes using these key ingredients.
“We love putting these in a salad with creamy goat’s curd, a little squeeze of lemon juice and plenty of black pepper and salt,” stated Caiger. “Gwen then suggests a pairing with a Sauvignon blanc for a nice summer palette.”
