Wrike Enterprise Introduces Project Templates for Salesforce

By: Get News
Wrike Enterprise users can now link project templates in Wrike to Salesforce providing a menu of projects for sales reps to choose from.

Wrike, the work management platform for high-performance teams, today launched Salesforce project templates for Wrike Enterprise to help improve collaboration between sales and cross-functional teams. The templates help keep track of all the work being done for customers across industries like legal, marketing, and professional services that do not work in Salesforce.

How it works:

Wrike Enterprise users can now link project templates in Wrike to Salesforce providing a menu of projects for sales reps to choose from. For example, users can create a template for post-sale implementations and when account executives close new deals, they can select the implementation package from a menu in Salesforce. When they do, the user’s implementation team will immediately see a new project in Wrike and get notifications so they can start work right way. Watch this short video to see it in action.

Project templates are great for teams that work frequently with sales. Instead of starting every project from scratch, Wrike will automatically create the project and schedule the tasks based on when the work needs to start or finish. Here are some common examples of how others are using templates:

Professional Services – Implementation teams with several standard packages can create templates for each of them so the sales team can quickly pick the right template after closing a deal.

Legal review – Create a template for legal reviews so legal teams can keep comments, discussions, and versions together in Wrike and keep it linked to the customer record in Salesforce.

Demo requests – Make it easy for sales teams to schedule a sales engineer for a demo by creating demo templates.

Marketing support – Create templates for the different types of marketing materials provided to customers (emails, hand-outs, manuals, etc.) and keep track of the support provided.

The Wrike Salesforce integration is available for all Wrike Enterprise accounts. Wrike Enterprise customers can install the integration from the apps and integration page. A Salesforce Administrator will need to install the integration. Once installed, linking templates to Salesforce only takes a minute. Click here for instructions on how to setup templates in Salesforce.

Founded in 2007 and headquartered in Mountain View, Wrike is a SaaS based work platform with over 9,000 organizations using its paid product. It has raised a total of $26 million from Bain Capital Ventures, Scale Venture Partners, DCM Ventures and TMT.
