SAO PAULO, Sept 8 (Reuters) - Banco Santander Brasil SA plans to name Chairman Sérgio Rial as chief executive officer, replacing Jesús Zabalza as the head of Brazil's third-largest private-sector commercial bank, according to media reports late on Tuesday.
