SANTA CLARA, Calif. - Sept. 17, 2015 - PRLog -- WinWire Technologies, a specialized IT solutions company and Glassbeam, Inc., a machine data analytics company, have announced a partnership to build a solution that leverages Internet of Things (IoT) analytics to improve customer experience. The solution accomplishes this by integrating Glassbeam’s machine data analytics capabilities with Salesforce’s Service cloud. The solution is already being put to use by Glassbeam customers and is enabling them to attach and view large files inside a Salesforce Case record (without storing in Salesforce); view log file analytics against a Salesforce Case record; and alert a Case Owner when a log file’s analytics are available for review. In an upcoming release, attaching large files to a Case will also be enabled through a Salesforce Customer Community.
WinWire and Glassbeam are working with Salesforce to bring the solution to the Salesforce App Cloud on AppExchange as a managed package.
