Media General Inc. (NYSE: MEG) received an unsolicited acquisition offer from Nexstar Broadcasting Group Inc. (Nasdaq: NXST). Shares of Media General leaped $2.49 to close at $13.64 while Nexstar Broadcasting Group stock dropped $1.01 to close at $43.51.
