Stem Program Participant The Catholic High School of Baltimore Hosts Third Annual 5K

The Proceeds From the Race will Directly Benefit TCHS Scholarship Funds and the Visual and Performing Arts Department

BALTIMORE, MD / ACCESSWIRE / October 1, 2015 / The Catholic High School of Baltimore, an academy dedicated to empowering women and providing them with the resources needed to transform society, recently announced its decision to host the Cub 5K Challenge, their third annual 5K. The race, which will be held on Sunday, November 1, 2015, will begin at 8:30 am in Cockeysville, a neighboring town on the outer fringe of Baltimore proper.

Registration, which begins at $30 for adults and $5 for children, is now open to anyone, including students, employees, and alumnae. On the day of the Cub 5K Challenge, registration will continue until 8 a.m. The races will begin promptly at 8:30 am and conclude by 10 a.m. with a costume contest, an award ceremony for the top finishers, and post-race food and refreshments.

Additionally, The Catholic High School of Baltimore is offering cash prizes to its top three male and female participants. Anyone who attends the race is also eligible to win random prize drawings throughout the day.
