Project Development International collaborates with Guinea Embassy
in Washington, D.C. for Social Infrastructure Development in Guinea

DUNEDIN, Fla. - Oct. 9, 2015 - PRLog -- 07OCT15 - Washington, D.C.

Today James E. Lalumiere, President of Project Development International, Inc., met with Ambassador Mamady Condé, Guinea Ambassador to the United States, to discuss upcoming projects to be performed in Guinea by Project Development International, S.A., a Guinea subsidiary of Project Development International, Inc. A number of social infrastructure solution programs are being negotiated between the Guinea Government and Project Development International for the long term benefit of the citizens of Guinea, including Housing, Hydro power, Waste-to-Energy, Market Centers, and the creation of Mortgage and Export-Import Banking facilities.

Project Development International, Inc. signed a Partnership Agreement, on September 11, 2015, with the Federation Syndicale Professionnelle De L’Education (FSPE), the teacher’s union in Guinea, and La Confederation Nationale des Travailleurs de Guinee (CNTG), the National Confederation of Guinea Workers, for the provision of 100,000 housing units for teachers throughout Guinea, West Africa. The Program, anticipated to start in early 2016 and run through 2025, is estimated at US$2.8 Billion.

The Housing Program will proceed as a Public Private Partnership between the Guinea Government and Project Development International, S.A. The Guinea Government will issue a purchase guarantee to assure that the housing units built will be purchased at the Government established sales prices.
