Alphabet creates new cloud position at Google for VMware cofounder

Google said Thursday it tapped enterprise-technology veteran Diane Greene to run its cloud-computing businesses, including Google for Work, Cloud Platform and Google Apps. Greene co-founded VMware Inc.
