Fresh Thyme Farmers Market to Open in Mayfield Heights, Ohio

BALTIMORE - Dec. 11, 2015 - PRLog -- ci design, inc., an international planning, architecture and interior design firm, is pleased to announce the approval of design upgrades to the Golden Gate Shopping Center in Mayfield Heights, Ohio. The first phase will include the façade design and landlord fit-out of new anchor tenant Fresh Thyme Farmers Market, the first location in the Cleveland suburbs.

As part of the renovation of the 370,000 sf shopping center, Golden Gate Shopping Center, ci design is providing design services for the new 27,560 sf Fresh Thyme Farmers Market location for owners Hornig Capital and Hutensky Capital Partners. Fresh Thyme Farmers Market is a full-service specialty retailer focusing on fresh, healthy, natural and organic offerings.

“The city approvals of the architectural design review were an important step in the process to revitalize Golden Gate Shopping Center,” says Senior Project Architect Julie Kirsch. “The arrival of Fresh Thyme will pull together the arrival of new tenants and additional renovations to the center.”

The new Fresh Thyme Farmers Market will replace former tenant OfficeMax and is expected to open to the public in winter 2015.
