Will any presidential candidate give Silicon Valley what it wants most?

Apple CEO Tim Cook has highlighted one topic that is near and dear to Silicon Valley’s heart, the high cost of corporate taxes on revenue earned outside the U.S. But those wishing for another repatriation holiday are not likely to see one anytime soon.
