PeraHealth Adds Healthcare Management Veteran to Lead Sales, Business Development

PeraHealth has named Sloan Clardy senior vice president and chief growth officer. In this role, Clardy will lead sales operations and business development for PeraHealth, which provides real-time clinical surveillance software that helps nurses and doctors better monitor patients for subtle but serious health issues.

Clardy has two decades of experience managing high profile initiatives, leading teams and driving business growth. Most recently, he managed sales, marketing and business development for the Business Performance Group at Parallon, a subsidiary of HCA Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: HCA) that provides performance improvement services to 1,400 hospitals and 11,000 non-acute providers. Clardy also oversaw Central and Southeast U.S. business development and client management for MedAssets’ (NASDAQ: MDAS) revenue cycle division, partnering with over 500 provider organizations to improve operating margins and cash flow.

He holds a MBA from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University, where he also earned a bachelor’s degree.
