Monday's ETF with Unusual Volume: DWAS

The PowerShares DWA SmallCap Momentum Portfolio ETF (DWAS) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Monday, with over 1.6 million shares traded versus three month average volume of about 89,000. Shares of DWAS were off about 1% on the day.
