Medicity Recognized in “Best in KLAS” 2015/2016 Report as Most Improved Vendor

Medicity, a leading provider of population health management solutions, was named most improved in the recently issued “2015/2016 Best in KLAS: Software & Services” report. Medicity saw a 20 percent score increase from 2014 to 2015.

Medicity made substantial investments into improving strategic alignment, engagement and communication. The company accomplished this via a four-pronged approach:

1. Revamping its client engagement model including executive strategic alignment meetings, launching an online customer collaboration platform, and monthly product updates,

2. Increasing scalability and network performance,

3. Accelerating product innovation, including two new products, Medicity® ManageTM and Medicity® ExploreTM, and

4. Collaborating with customers to drive meaningful adoption of solutions designed to manage and deliver these growing amounts of data.
