Wokano Restaurant at Sunset Blvd & Laurel Canyon Blvd. has updated its bar menu with four cocktails inspired by Super Mario Brothers. The latest installment of cocktails is made with Leaf Organic Vodkas and Bundaberg sodas.
According to General Manager Justin Kim, “We love ‘shaking’ things up with new cocktails, and our customers really get a kick out of our fun themes and creations.”
Kim notes that there are hundreds of vodkas to choose from, but LEAF has a distinguishing characteristic in its use of water.
LEAF Vodka is sourced from unique waters around the country and is USDA Certified Organic. There are two varieties — one made from Alaskan Glacial water, which lends a pure, smooth taste with a hint of sweetness. The other, made from Rocky Mountain mineral water, provides richness and complexity, offering a warm and savory impression.

1 oz. Peach Schnapps

Shake/martini glass, add ice, top w/Bundaberg Peach soda, Peach slice garnish
Yoshi's Sunset Cooler $12
1.5 oz. Leaf Vodka - Alaskan Glacial
1 oz. Midori Liqueur
2 cucumber slices (muddled)
1 oz. Lemon juice
1 oz. Simple syrup
Shake/ rocks glass, cucumber wheel garnish
Mario's Guava Patch $12
1.5 oz. Leaf Vodka - Alaskan Glacial
1 oz. Lemon juice
.5 oz. Lychee puree
.5 oz. Simple syrup
