UPDATE 1-Mexico's America Movil profit leaps on lower exchange rate losses

MEXICO CITY, Feb 9 (Reuters) - Mexico's America Movil on Tuesday reported a more than five times increase in fourth-quarter net profit from a year earlier, helped by a smaller loss from exchange rate fluctuations.
