A quick look at the market, the company’s stock traded between $89.04 and $93.20 with a trailing 52-week range being $89.04 to $122.08. DIS shares are currently priced at 16.28x this year’s forecasted earnings, which makes them relatively expensive compared to the industry ’s -1.79x earnings multiple for the same period. And for those looking to make a return holding the stock, the company pays shareholders $1.42 per share annually in dividends, yielding 1.51%. In a review of the consensus earnings estimate this quarter, 31 sell-side analysts are looking at $1.45 per share, which would be $0.18 better than the year-ago quarter and a $0.03 sequential increase.
