Etsy gets much needed boost from mobile, holiday sales

Etsy Inc. saw a big boost in mobile usage during the holiday shopping season, which helped the online crafts marketplace report better-than-expected fourth quarter revenue, providing the biggest dose of good news for investors in many months.
