Brocade Communications Systems Inc. (Nasdaq: BRCD) will pay approximately $1.5 billion in cash and stock to acquire Ruckus Wireless (NYSE: RKUS). Shares of Brocade Communications dropped $1.48 to $9.16 while Ruckus Wireless stock surged $3.19 to $13.19.
