UPDATE 1-General Dynamics first-quarter profit beats expectations

April 27 (Reuters) - General Dynamics Corp, which makes Gulfstream jets, tanks and U.S. Navy ships, reported higher-than-expected revenue and net income after a strong first quarter for its marine systems division.
