SandRidge Energy Inc. (NYSE: SD) swung to a loss for the second quarter of 17 cents per share compared with earnings of 21 cents per share last year and failed to provide more detailed information about its Pinon Field wells in west Texas. Shares of the oil and gas company skidded $5.47 to $32.12.
