Shares of Pacific Sunwear of California (Nasdaq: PSUN) plunged $1.98 to close at $5.80 after the teen retailer posted second quarter earnings of 4 cents per share compared with losses of 15 cents per share in the year ago period and offered a breakeven outlook for the rest of the year.
