Brocade Communications Systems Inc. (Nasdaq: BRCD) and Foundry Networks Inc. (Nasdaq: FDRY) agreed on a lowered acquisition price of $2.6 billion, down from $3 billion. Shares of Brocade rose 23 cents to $3.76 while Foundry Networks stock leaped $2.02 to $15.02.
