National City Corp. (NYSE: NCC) chief executive Peter Raskind announced that he will not join PNC Financial Services Group (NYSE: PNC) as a vice chairman after the companies merge. Shares of National City dropped 21 cents to $2.49 while PNC stock edged up 51 cent to $67.18.
