Freeport-McMoRan Suspends Dividend

Mining company Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc. (NYSE: FCX) suspended its dividend and announced production cuts due to slumping metals prices sending the stock price plummeting $3.77 to close at $18.05.
