Palm's future riding on the mysterious Palm Pre

Bloggers and analysts are speculating that Palm Inc. is developing a number of new devices, all based on the company's new operating system called WebOS. But the troubled mobile device maker first needs to prove it can make its own deadline for the Pre, on which investors have placed a massive bet.
